At SYMA (Sonoma Yoga Martial Arts) we seek to empower our clients with essential lifestyle practices that will enhance the mental, physical, and spiritual health through movement arts with ancient roots in the East. We offer classes in both soft and vigorous yoga, as well as Chinese and Japanese martial arts, all taught by highly qualified instructors.
Our kid's karate classes will empower young people to be healthy and disciplined, while learning that physical activity can be fun. We also offer private trainings in any of these areas, as well as private tutorial in the study of ancient scriptures and Sanskrit.
